Biography : Rahmadi Murwanto is the Director of PKN STAN for six years.
He has extensive experience on balanced-education model that stresses on the academic and social/managerial competencies. Coaching is a big part of the process. He has been working in human resources development for more than 30 years within the Ministry of Finance and witnessing the changing of public sector approach of developing human resources from mainly technical aspect focus to more balanced between technical and managerial competencies.
