Biography :

CN is a PCC credentialed Executive / Leadership Coach, a Coach Supervisor, and Trainer, who brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and skills in the areas of personal mastery, emotional intelligence, change management and professional & leadership development. He has 2500+ hours of coaching experience working with senior leadership teams across organizations in India and abroad. He is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in industry.    He coaches to open hearts , inspire minds, and get people motivated to action. He is passionate about getting his clients dancing in the moment using both the left and right brain to discover new insights that create ripples of positive change in themselves and their organizations.    He has been the President of the Mumbai Charter Chapter.    His Coaching Specialties include Executive and Leadership Coaching; Coach Supervision, Coach Mentoring for Credentialling; Team development. He is passionate about working with students in Universities supporting them to realise the potential in themselves, while adjusting to new worlds they are about to enter.    Certified in DISC, Lumina Spark assessments,    He is a keen student of Ancient Vedantic knowledge and interested in the application of Indian Psychology in coaching.

Description : Coaches need to move beyond mastering competencies and building capabilities that allow them to be masterful and in full service of their clients. They need to develop the capacity to be the coach they intend to be.

It is easy to know stuff and yet it is so difficult to practice it as a way of being!!

The session attempts to unravel competencies and link them to 'ways of being' that would enable a coach to be the one who is 'Dancing with the Gods' in a coaching session.
