Description : Coaching helps successful leaders go to the next level by preparing them for more responsibilities, expediting their acclimatization to a new challenge, and expanding their ability to manage complicated difficulties. Leadership coaches must ask the right questions to help clients solve problems on their own or navigate complex roles through careful listening, purposeful questioning, and intentional guidance toward agreed-upon goals and objectives.
Assessment Center, as a leadership assessment tool, can assist leaders in discovering their strengths and areas for improvement, engaging in reflective action, and pursuing areas of development that advance their personal and professional goals. Coaches can use Assessment Center Data to assist individual coachees with whom they work in better understanding and harnessing their individual talents as well as the talents of others on their organisation.
